New Year, New Us
This is the year the Lord has made. He has given us the opportunity to dive deeper into relationships, be more bold about sharing our faith and being more generous with our time and finances.
Let’s focus on one thing that sticks out in a big way to me. Be in “WE” language, the “us” or “unity” language that is so needed right now. Did you know that being the “WE” culture is so not standard? It is actually more common in todays world to know more about how we are different from someone than how similar we are. What if this was the year where we as the church showed that we were not about that life? Wouldn’t it be amazing to truly show up for people in our lives? I think it would be.
How could this year look if our whole GS team looked for ways to bless other TFH teams? How about how your personal life would look if you didn’t hesitate to care for other brothers and sisters in Christ? I am excited to come into every service this year with our whole team having that mindset and looking for that thing to keep this whole church running smoothly and with a focus on those lost souls.
Get after it, and start this year off with a full focus on what you can do to think in the US mentality. Step up. Make every interaction count.
Love you!
