I want to see YOU

I want to be seen by YOU!

I want to be in YOUR presence Lord!

I want to desire the things YOU desire!

Do you want those same things? God has met and will meet us where we are at. It is in His nature to care enough to come sit next to us like when we were little and scraped our leg after falling off our bike. He kneels down beside us, puts his arms around us and scoops us up into his security. He lets us cry, consoles us and asks if we are going to be alright.

That is the kind of Father we have in Him. I couldn't be anymore grateful for that.

Are you leaning into that love that He is providing for us? His heart is so gentle and so pure towards us. I want to reflect Him like that. I want the fruit of mine and Bre’s lives to be so obvious. For the fruit of all of your lives to

One of the keys to life is to continue to love our neighbors as ourselves.

Just like it says in Mark 12:30-31

30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ 31 The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”

If I can love Him like that, with all my heart, soul, mind and strength, wouldn’t it be easier to love my neighbor? Or is it that because I love my neighbor I can love God with all my heart, soul…. I don’t know and I don’t think the semantics of it really matters. But if we truly believe in what God has, is and will say to us then we MUST lean into the desire He has which is for us to love Him in this way AND love our neighbors as ourselves.

It is possible, it is just difficult sometimes to love so well. So choose one thing to get better at doing in order to show your love to God and to show your love for the ones around you.

Let’s love our neighbors as ourselves, love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. Smile, high five, hug, show a seat, walk a newcomer all the way to their seats. Whatever it takes to make them feel loved. Love you!

Serve Like Jesus,
