Our handbook is a high level overview of who we are as Guest Services Team. We know that we couldn’t do this without you. We also know that our culture as a team must be clear and fully bought into in order for us to serve Gods church well.
Ushers
We want each and every one of our team members to understand what every role on our team does and is responsible for. Check back often as we work to always improve our teams structure, effectiveness and guest experience.
Parking
Our team is constantly focused on others. It is the nature if our very team name. We want to always be able to remember who we are and what we stand for as a team.

Lagoon Valley “hike”. We will do an easy walk around the lagoon. This is an opportunity to get to know other people from our GS team.

Journey - One Lake hangout

Buy your coffee or smoothie and hangout with us on the field. We will do some team building games and just have some fun.

Field Day - Location TBD. Think of it like a grown up version of the games we played in school on our field days. Except no stares from Samantha “Judgy Pants” Mcgee.
