The Odds
One in a mill, no billi, nope 1 in a trillion chance to be here. Some sources say it is 1 in 400 Trillion others say 1 in 400 Quadrillion chance depending on your parents meeting and all of the other circumstances just in their lives alone that have to have been true.
The fact that we are alive is a miracle. Did you know your were in your grandmothers womb? Because all of the eggs a woman will ever make are made when she is in her mothers womb. We spend about 5 months as an egg in the womb of our mothers while our grandmother was pregnant with us. Go back and read that again. That is amazing.
How many miracles happen on a daily basis? Just the fact that we are on a planet that allows for life is a miracle. The flap of a bumblebees wings… The color of grass… All miracles. They all require God to have made a tremendous choice. God is so good at showing us His beautiful creation if we can just slow down and experience it with him.
I don’t know if you are aware of this but God has a specific plan for you here on the team. He wants you plugged in and brought into His fold. So when you are serving, PLEASE take some time to look at these people driving into or walking around the campus the way God does, as a blessing and miracle.
Thanks for being the miracle that was needed for the specific thing God made you for!
